We came together to create Coming Out Happy which provide programs that support people to reconnect with their most authentic selves so they can create healthy relationships with themselves and those around them. Our programs have helped hundreds of people step into their most authentic selves.
As LGBTQ+ people ourselves, we understand on a deep level what it’s like to wear a mask and be someone you are not. Being authentic not only shows up in the life of LGBTQ+ people but everyone at large.
We provide programs that help people reconnect to who they are so they can live freely. We know how much hiding, and not feeling confident in who you are can affect every area of your life, and this affects productivity at work, self-esteem, confidence, stress levels, and relationships within the workplace environment.
We provide mentor facilitated learning circles in our programs that truly will help them to feel safe and connected to who they were made to be so it pours into every area of their life especially their career, where they can flourish and provide more value to the team.
