We came together to create Coming Out Happy which provide programs that support people to reconnect with their most authentic selves so they can create healthy relationships with themselves and those around them. Our programs have helped hundreds of people step into their most authentic selves.
As LGBTQ+ people ourselves, we understand on a deep level what it’s like to wear a mask and be someone you're not as we're told to fit in a mold to be accepted. Even after we accept and express our LGBTQ+ identity, this limiting belief of needing to be someone we are not to be accepted carries heavily into our adult life and shows up in other areas. Being authentic not only shows up in the life of LGBTQ+ people but everyone at large as many of us developed people-pleasing tendencies which forced us to disconnect with our true selves.
We provide programs that help people reconnect to who they are so they can live freely.
